"It is true that those we meet can change us, sometimes so profoundly that we are not the same afterwards, even unto our names." In your life, has there been anyone who has impacted your life in such a significant manner (for better/worse)?

A past teacher of mine is by far the greatest man I have ever met. He has gone out of his way to help me, guided me down the path I have gone, and made me love who I am today. I met him at a bad time in my life and I can say that I'm happy now.
