There has been an economic recovery in the United States during Obama's presidency. Do you give more credit to Obama's economic policies or the to Shale oil and gas revolution?
Not really an economic revival but any credit goes to states and shale oil ...
We are not an oil or gas-based economy...haven't been for decades. We're only now just starting to export that stuff. There is no one else to credit for our economy besides Obama...the Republicans did nothing in Congress for the last 8 years.
There would be no recovery if there had not been a Shale Revolution. See link.
I think that we are in an energy bubble.
No president really has any control over the economy
If that's true why does the dark side put so much faith in Trump the crooked businessman. Of course the president sets the tone of what needs to be done on all fronts through his administration policies. But also true he did it even though congress was his cowed enemy from day 1. OB will be in the top 5 presidents for his financial recovery and taking out many terrorists through his drone policies.
All he can do is set the tone, I can't speak for others
I can't agree. The stock market (a major factor in our economy) rises and falls on the faith of investors. Presidents can set a tone (through agenda & policy) that feeds that faith or vice versa.
Drone strikes have recruited more terrorists than killed them.
And you know this how?
I know all.
I mean id militarize against a government if I thought they were indiscriminately bombing my neighbors too
