Do you ever crack your neck and/or back to relieve pressure? I crack my neck, back, fingers, wrists, ankles and sometimes toes. It takes practice and a deep sense of relaxation, ahhh. Works better in the dry sauna at the gym. No Butt Cracks Please!

Only my back and neck. I can't do anything else and I hate the sound of people cracking knuckles.
