The 16th and 17th Amendments, laws binding Electors, and laws criminalizing acts that have zero effect on any other person should all be repealed.
I agree with you on the 16th but I am 50/50 on the 17th
What's wrong with the popular election of senators?
Senators are supposed to be the direct representation of the states in Congress. Today the states have almost no say in federal politics and thus their power has declined severely as federal power has grown.
Hm. I've never thought about that. Interesting.
True, true, true, and true.

Minors should be governed by their parents (though I wouldn't be too upset to keep laws regarding minors), the drug war has only fueled the drug problem, the 2nd Amendment says "arms" without any caveats, and human trafficking is fueled by illegal prostitution. Legalizing everything you just mentioned has a far greater chance of reducing problems associated with it than criminalizing them. The many state laws are stupid.
Agree with DW
Not even our government has chemical weapons in any official capacity, though the classified position on this might be different. The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is to be a last resort answer to a tyrannical government and arms should be matched. The only exception is classified technology for legitimate national security reasons. An F-18 should be legal to buy if someone wants to drop $30 million on one. The specific radar, electronic warfare, and fire control systems that have capabilities and limitations that we don't want our enemies to know should be replaced with non-classified alternatives, which a free market could come up with easily. RPGs, grenades, flashbangs, tear gas canisters, claymores, full auto, belt-fed, and lightsabers should all be perfectly legal to obtain without government permission.
Uhh... false. There aren't chemical weapons because of the Geneva convention.... it has zero to do with US Law. And the rest of what you said is bullshit.
The Constitution is not a self-enforcing document. A tyrant coming to power does not means it failed, it means the people failed and must correct that failure.
No tyrant would follow the Constitution.
