To be honest, while I agree, the problem with the Black/White situation is mainly due to the Black community's inability to move forth, past ancient history, pick up and build a future.
Many Blacks that have spent decades whining about their plight are starting to realize they no longer have a plight to whine about.
They spew out their hatred of whites but the truth is they are just going to be under the foot of the foreign invasion if they don't get their shiite together.
The Black cause is over, well over. We had the Black president, Black Congressman, Black this and that.
What was it that Hillary said? Oh yeah I remember, they need to heel.
The immigrants are going to build up their wealth through hard work and the Blacks will be working for them.
The affluent Black community worked hard to be where they are. The rest are just lazy or a product of the Democratic welfare Trap!

Right, because the fact that they make up 12% of the population but the majority of the prison population is totally not an issue. Or a black man getting shot while lying on the ground with his hands in the air. Or another being shot in the back three times as he runs away. Or a black couple being shot 15 times while asleep in their car. Or black kids being 18x more likely to be tried as adults

I guess all those black prisoners are innocent. I guess if I say blacks commit more crimes you'll say I'm racist.
It doesn't change anything and you are dragging this poll on to your usual one track mind tangent. How many times do I have to point out that you're not too bright.
You don't even make sense most of the time.
The racial disparity in the prison population is not indicative of a racially biased system. People are in prison because they commit crimes.
Illegals get deported because they are illegal not because they are Hispanic!
Blacks go to prison because they committed a crime not because they are black.
I don't feel sorry for anyone in prison regardless of race unless they are innocent and falsely incarcerated. However, it is not my job nor my desire to care about it. Personally I couldn't care less. I'm free!

Well well well, what do we have here on the news?
Another poor black guy going to prison for murder?
Black people that don't commit crimes are not in prison. Get it through your head misfit.

A 20-year-old Austin, Texas man fatally stabbed his stepmother over the weekend because he thought she was "disrespecting his father and gloating" about a Dallas Cowboys victory, court documents revealed.

Pontrey O'Neal Jones has been charged with murder in the death of Magdalena Ruiz, who was killed after watching the Cowboys' 26-20 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday night.

Even compared to crime rates black people are overrepresented in prison.

I never said they go to prison because they are black, I'm saying they're more likely to be found guilty because they are black. Just like they're less likely to get hired

What???? Huh????
Reread your own stupidity and think!!!

It's the same thing when going to prison is the result of a racially bias verdict.

Look...logic...
Found guilty because Black > Go to prison because 'found guilty because Black = go to prison because Black!

Try > found guilty because they are guilty?
Try > in court because they committed a crime.
Try> if they were living constructive lives they would not be in court.

No one forces anyone to do drugs, rob stores, burglarize, play with guns, car jack, vandalize, rape, murder, and the myriad of other crimes they commit. Period!

Stop with the race card nonsense. In another 200 years while the influx of immigrants have worked their way up the economic ladder people like you will still be running around whining about racial bias.

Oh gee wiz!!
What do we have here another black man arrested for killing an innocent child?
No way not another black man. I guess he'll be found guilty because he's black, right misfit? Keep telling yourself about disproportionate prison populations. You're the fallacy!

Road rage moron.........
Gregory Holmes, 33, was charged after surrendering to police in Little Rock, Assistant U.S. Attorney Patrick Harris said late Thursday. Holmes was the subject of national outrage and a $40,000 reward after allegedly shooting the boy after becoming enraged when his grandmother did not move fast enough after braking for a stop sign.

Uh Oh! Not another one, could it be? Might have to build another prison!!

The arrest of a black man on a charge of burning a black Mississippi church that was spray-painted with the words "Vote Trump" has sparked bickering online and consternation in the community surrounding the church.

Andrew McClinton, 45, made an initial court appearance Thursday in Greenville, a day after he was arrested and charged with a felony: first-degree arson of a place of worship. He requested a public defender and remained in jail with bond set at $250,000.

McClinton, who lives in the Greenville suburb of Leland, spent several years in prison in Mississippi on convictions of armed robbery and other crimes. He is a member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church of Greenville, which burned Nov. 1, a week before the presidential election

If you think everyone in prison deserves to be there you don't know the justice system. 95% of criminal cases don't even go to trial.

You still don't get it, what are they doing there in the first place?
It doesn't matter if it goes to trial or not because that is not the point.
You act like the police drive around looking for black people to arrest on false charges.
