If you were asked to outright lie or spin responses in favor of your boss all the time 24x7 and salary was low six figures but 16 hours a day 7 days a week would you take it?
I'd spin like crazy, or would decline to answer as appropriate, but I'm not lying for my boss or anyone else. And I'm sure not doing such long hours for such relatively low pay unless I really like the work.
I assume you are referring to White House Press Secretary.
There are other perks to this job. Worldwide fame. You are very powerful. You are with the most powerful people on earth every day. When you leave the job (average of 2 years), you make LOTS of money.
Am I reading this wrong? Are you asking if I'd work 112 hours per week for low six figures? If so, hell no.
No, I won't lie for money.
Well you're not going to get the job with that attitude. There are people who will lie for free
Sure, I'd take it as a job description and just do it.
No, I don't work for MSNBC or CNN
