A tankie is a hardline Stalinist, although I've seen the term used to describe other authoritarian commies as well.

For those who don't know, 'Land and Liberty' is a slogan that has been used by anarchists since the 1870s. It was most famously used by the anarchists in the Mexican and Russian revolutions during their struggles to expropriate land from the government and return it to the peasants and workers.
