Ok. I'm 100% convinced. Nov 8, 2011. Rick Perry famously forgets one of the US Gov agencies he would close on day one ("oops!"). Fast forward 5yrs, 1 month, 5 days. He is nominated to head that agency by Trump. We have elected a Troll.
