The 1st floor Mail Clerk gets patted on her butt and does nothing. Then as Secretary on 3rd floor groping, still quiet. 8th floor more the same. 12th, 16th and says nothing. Then COO top floor, boohoo sexual harassment. Why not complain earlier?
