I do not see this scenario is analogous with reformation of the Constitution. Mainly, the lease is not a perpetual contract, it has period limitations and can be ended by either party.
It's exactly analagous to the constitution. Which was never intended to be an endless contract, and one that was understood to be ended by either party at any time.
