Do you ever want to punch someone in the face that you work with for being lazy and getting away with it?
I'm the boss, so I punch people in the face that are lazy ; )
No. More power too them. I want to punch out the supervisor that turns a blind eye and lets them get away with it; this goes double if the weasel is known to be the workplace equivalent of "teacher's pet."
Thank you so much. That is like spot on.
It is situations like this that enable me to understand why some people "go postal" once they've gone beyond their "breaking point." Management rarely wants to look at these situations until there is no longer a sane way to release the pressure
before it explodes. If you are doing double the work management needs to realize this and compensate you fairly. Fair compensation is the sane way to release the pressure. So my advice is this, if you do not ever see yourself
being fairly compensated you need to find a better job, one where your efforts are appreciated.
I don't work with him anymore, but he would take weeks to get to things in his mailbox. I could have punched him...
I will admit that I have wanted to stab someone with a pencil on more than one occasion...
Some days you contemplate whether its worth it or not lol.
No, but only for their attitude. I don't understand the point of snootiness.
No. There was one person I worked with for 13 years who could be described that way, AND held the purse strings for everyone else, so that was aggravating too.
But wanting to hurt someone just isn't my reaction.
Can't say that I do. It's pretty darn demanding where I work.
That's the kinda night I'm having...... Yay me.
Sorry you're having such a bad night!
It's ok. Just sick of this guy being lazy and me having to do all the hard work. It's like this every month with him.
