Will you allow any and all of your civil liberties to be destroyed if a bureaucrat cites national security as the reason?

The citizens of Gonzales said it best.
Come and take it.

Florida, I hope that that's a sarcastic vote.

Fuck national security. The Constitution is still the supreme law of the land, and trumps any bureaucrat.

Reb- many of these discussions lead me to think of anarchy.

Probably because everyday I see more and more liberties taken away in the name of national security and it's really beginning to piss me off.

Good. Use that anger to fuel your drive to bring about real change.

@Earlybird, Neither myself nor @Rebel (I don't think) desire anarchy. We just desire to live our lives in peace with each other and those around us, and we desire to be left alone to do exactly that. I assume you feel the same? Liberty, not anarchy.

That's because the media have done such a good job of making those of who do protest feel like isolated weirdos, and politicians have succeeded in getting us bickering over 'D' vs. 'R' instead of warily watching over them.
