Woman arrested/spent 8 hrs in jail. At booking she had $30. On release she was given debit card for $30. Claims cards chrg high fees to use the cards. Some have a $6 mo svc fee or a $3.50 weekly svc fee. Files class action lawsuit. Pick a side
