Are you currently on any sort of diet or exercise regimen?
I have been exercising religiously for the last 4 years. I am in maintenance mode now. But, I am coming off of a knee injury, so I am slowly building back to where I was last year in fitness and weight.
I gained 55 lbs with my second child. She's 6 weeks old and I have a little under 20lbs left to lose. Watching what I eat and exercising everyday. This weekend will be hard though, lots of food!
Wow 35 lbs in 6 weeks?! What are you not eating?
Diet, but no exercise. My disability and injuries prevent it.
