When going to bed, do you tend to fall asleep with the TV/radio on or nothing at all?
Night light in the bathroom but the rest dark, I need the fan noise, too quite scares me!
I used to live 1/2 block from the el in Chicago. When I moved back south, I found the quiet was keeping me awake. Now I fall asleep to spa music on my iPod.
No tv in my bedroom, but I usually fall asleep listening to an audiobook, with it set to shut off after 30 minutes. Or sometimes a go-to-sleep app.
Dark but a tiny nightlight, with some noise (app on my phone with customizable sounds)
I can't sleep without the tv on, but it's on a timer and after 30minutes or so of watching I flip over to fall asleep.
TV with timer. Usually have one often favorite shows on.. Aka an episode I've seen several times
TV with timer
I can't use the timer! The sound of it turning off wakes me up lol.
I sleep with my tv on
I used to, until I woke up in the middle of the night watching a Christian rock video that was partly filmed on the broad back steps & giant leaf sculpture of the building where I worked - which was just across the street from my apartment.
I thought I was hallucinating or something - it was not a local TV program. I've been a tiny bit afraid to sleep with the TV on ever since then. Although now I have only the one in my living room, anyway.
