Today, July 2, 2013, does anybody really care about those of us who gave their lives for the United States?
It's part of what makes me so angry. Young men and women who will never see home again. Brothers, sisters, wives, husbands, fathers, and mothers...all for what? "For freedom"? Bullfûckingshît.
I never forget all who have given their lives. I drink a beer keeping in mind that I can because others have given their lines in my place. Eternally grateful.
That very thought is one that is never too far from my conscious mind. (The remembrance, not the beer)
We've become polarized under this administration. Ppl seem to forget the things that really matter. It's the what can you do for me generation
We've been polarized since Reagan.
@ moon I would imagine not even close like this. We need to rally for America!
I think the 2000 election really made polarization more of a problem.
You said it correctly moonshot! Quite the head you have on those shoulders! I wish more realized how honestly true your comment is.
At this point there seems to be one female in the voting between the age of 21 to 40 who wants a beer. The only vote for alcohol! May I have your phone number?
I confess hehe ;) I couldn't say no to the beer!!
Your choices aren't fair. Of course I care—but at the same time I really want a beer right now :b
I understand, you are my kind of guy! I love my forefathers, but I also need a beer every once in awhile. So did they!
Beer is part of how this country colonized in Massachusetts instead of Virginia. Beer is part of the culture in America :)
Indeed it is!! Woooo celebrate!! Cheers brothas!! I'll drink my burr
