Eh.. a lot is better than Halo. In just video game world, this includes: Zelda, Final Fantasy (12), Minecraft, Mario anything, Star Wars Battle Front, SpongeBob whatever it was called...

Big- that was the first game I ever beat my husband. I was pretty awesome at sniping! We don't have an Xbox right now though, so I haven't played in a while. One of the first games I really loved.

Starwars Battlefront 2 and battlefield 3 are two of my favorite games of all time. Dice is now making battlefront 3 which makes me happy lol.

It's a game you can build things, fight monsters, and has graphics reminiscent of the late 80's early 90's, but with pretty shading. And it's best on the computer ;) Free online, but you can't save or do nearly as much as in the bought version. Can be played on or offline.

No. Overall, I like Xbox better than pc. But it differs between games.

The thing I love about it is that you can literally do anything. Build a house. Make a supercomputer. Make someone no one else has thought of. If you play the way I do, you can get lots of problem-solving and innovative practice.

I loved the original. I didn't like the ones with modern guns like empires and Napoleon. I just wasn't good at the gun units. Also I didn't like the new version of the campaign. I liked the original from Rome. I hoe it's better.

Your son should play survival mode, creative is way to easy.

I like to play survival with the difficulty set to easy and mobGriefing turned off. I think I turned doFireTick off also but don't remember for sure.

That way I can build stuff without worrying about creepers destroying it.

There's probably also a mod that removes creepers. I know one I played had a mod that didn't allow them to blow up, which I loved.

I had a hardcore world that I had about 20+ hours of playtime on and I fell in a ravine and died.. :(

Technically, but not really.

Technically has a goal. But you can build amazing things, for one. My husband and I dug a massive crater to the bottom of the planet, then built a massive floating castle. It was beautiful. Took months.
And then the server reset... We don't play online much anymore now haha.

Haha, agreed. My husband will never let me forget when I was pregnant with our first... no internet, tv, friends in the same state, or books. Introduces me to a new game, played naked 3 days straight. Only stopped to sleep and bathroom. Ate while playing too... It was awesome.

I was 7 months pregnant, nothing fit. And the heater was broken so that it was set at like 95... we couldn't turn it off. We even slept with the window open, snow falling on our comforter. And we needed to do a laundromat run. It was the perfect trifecta. Plus sometimes it's just nice to be naked.
