I've had trouble falling asleep for several nights now. Any remedys?

Revolution chamomile tea. It knocks me out embarrassingly thoroughly. Chamomiles in general are good - but that has been the most potent.

Also, valerian root is a natural muscle relaxant. Works pretty well, I suggest eating a piece of toast or something small first.

Melatonin is useful. Not looking at electronics too much during the day (ha.. Can we resist?)

Better. The real purpose of it is to create a monotonous task that you can synch your breathing to and help keep your mind "off"/away from stray thoughts.

I had started taking medication that kept me up though. I feel it's a different type of awake than insomnia. Idk. Best of luck.

If I had any, I would get more than four hours of sleep on any given night. :P
