Not slow and steady, but I don't really take breaks either. I basically strap in in the morning and don't move far from my seat until I leave.

I get bursts of energy. During those bursts, I'm very focused and can practically move mountains. Then I need a short break before starting all over again.

Quality over quantity for most of the time, but I guess it depends. Not many breaks either way..

I work in the kitchen at a nursing home, and work never flows at a constant pace. I'm either busting my butt to get stuff done, or I'm sitting on my butt with nothing to do. There's never a happy medium.

There should be a third answer on this one. I want to finish my work as fast as possible. I feel like once I get a break I end up slowing down altogether. So I prefer just to work all day through. Honestly

In the morning I'm a turtle, but once I get some coffee in me I turn into a hare. Once u get momentum I usually work through the day. Coffee is just a kickstart.

Hare. Usually I will work about 40-45 minutes in a burst, take a 15-20 min unwind, and then dive back in for another burst until my job is done. Usually I get work done early & have time for free training from my office, currently doing photoshop

When I still worked I hated taking breaks. Too much trouble, too much opportunity for error, too much fun missed while away. I'd never have taken a break if they didn't make me.
