A group of people who help others to succeed in life get together and decide that they are not getting what they want so they stop helping the others who are depending on their help. Is this a just act on their part?
I think it's justified if they take steps to find a replacement for themselves. It's great helping others, but sometimes you need to put yourself in a good place too. Just dropping out of the picture would be unjust.
It's hard to answer because there are many situations - like people going on strike because they aren't receiving benefits or correct pay. I find it difficult to really understand if it would be just overall.
