Visibly angry, yes. Pretty much anything that deals with gay rights, abortion, or gun control. Also when people openly generalize.

Not on a debate, but I've had a few attacks directed at me simply for being a teen, and that really gets to me. There was once a point on SoH where I refused to say that I was a teen, and I'm not sure if that way was better.

Ive never cried...but there have been several people who have been nasty to me when it really didn't call for it and it was and continues to be upsetting to me because it still happens.

Honestly. Yes to both. I've been visibly angry in debates where the opposing side doesn't acknowledge a different opinion (although I've been guilty myself).
And I've cried. Both in laughter, And actual meaningful exchanges.

Cry or visibly angry, no. Upset and disappointed, yes. I've wanted to leave SOH a number of times. My faith in the American people does better when I'm not interacting some of the lowest of the lowest. Sorry folks. :-). Pizza pizza emoticons.

If I posted my true feelings ALL the time I would be in debates in 9 out of 10 of the polls. I just don't have the time or energy for that. On several occasions, I have written a comment and deleted because I knew my point(s) would be misinterpreted.

I don't cry over SoH and you wouldn't see me angry if you were next to me. Maybe tense, but nothing more than that.
My comments may look angry, I do feel offended when people try to ridicule my arguments. I may give them back but I often just add ...

The only thing that gets me angry is when people get on a high-horse and denigrate, ridicule, mock, harass, bully, and otherwise act like raging hemorrhoidal ass-hats towards others. Ignorance isn't evil, but behavior sure can be.

I have... Once. It was a week or two ago when that jerk was speaking poorly of you. Anyone who thinks they're tough behind their phone/tablet/computer and thinks it's alright to upset others - grow up. There are so many people on here, who I

Not on here, but in one of my classes a kid made a very ignorant comment during a debate and I yelled at him. I was really ashamed of myself...

Yes. I can get pretty angry at some people's attitudes that are callous & uncaring, especially if their comments are laced with nasty mean things. I don't get too angry when those are directed at me, for some reason. I've gotten furious *once* at...

It was a user (who shall remain nameless) talking about welfare. I couldn't take it anymore. I nearly broke my phone, but that would have only hurt me. So I I just had to walk away from it.

Several topics that affect me personally get me emotionally involved and then when someone makes states to me personally or that are particularly vicious generally it does upset me.

Like BKS. I just blow it off or go to another poll long before I get that wound up, but when I see really nasty and uncalled-for comments directed at friends I know to be gentle and kind I go right into overload. Somebody being mean to you inge?
