Should congress be forced to work in their districts? Only going to DC for special joint sessions and the State of the Union Address.
I think the less they do the better off we are.

No - I actually think they should spend more time actually working in Washington - not less
Honestly they don't really interact all that much at their DC offices. They just watch the hearings on TV from their offices. But still, they have to vote and have to be all together for that.
This, can the be at home more? Yes but they still need to be in DC for debate.
