I want it legal in all states but I also believe in the 10th Amendment. The Supreme Court decision was wrong and sets a bad precedent. The 14th Amendment had nothing to do with gay marriage.

I split with republicans on this. I do not care whether gay people get married or not, and just as in the 1860s, the rights of the people are more important than the rights of the states. Tyranny is tyranny, whether it's local or national. And I usually am for states rights.
