Do you believe college is worth it?

It's good for the employer regardless.

Depends on what kind of career you are going into.

It's becoming the great American scam..you'll see. To many with degrees going into debt not enough jobs or good paying jobs to even begin paying off that debt.

To many grants being given out.

It is the school loans, rather than grants or scholarships, that's ruining it for everyone. IMO.

I agree. Then you go so you can get a 9 dollar an hour job? It's all messed up. Keep in mind most of these degrees I'm talking about are like business. Engineering and medical for example are something pretty special and important

I wish I would have finished. I have a great job and get paid well now but it took me a lot longer to get here without the degree. On the other side, I would not go a hundred thousand in debt for a job that only pays $50000 a year.

Depends on what you are going for, how you finance it, and what the outcome is. For me, right now, it doesn't seem like it was worth it. Massive debt with no likelihood of being able to pay it off soon, unless I just happen to win the lottery.

5-7 years of college left, depending on whether I stop at my masters, or if I get my doctorate.
