It's pathetic in this day and age that discriminatory laws not only stand, but people can presume you're racist for not agreeing or thinking laws like these are just. Racism persists because we allow I to. We allow lefties to perpetuate and fan

We each have identical educations but I have 1 year of experience and my gpa is .5 less then the other guys. the applications you are looking at don't identify race. Who you picking?

By definition it is racist because it is treating people differently because of their skin color

Yes. But it was necessary, like unions.
Now both are out dated.

I'd also contend that both now do the opposite of what they were intended to do. Someone gets admitted and people instantly say... Well that's because she's black.

Then unions the only thing they do anymore is fight to put their own companies under.

It's the very definition of discrimination. It had its place once, it helped us to integrate. It's no longer necessary.
