I hate moving period.

Having just moved… if I had to do it again I would wish for enough money to hire someone to do both. Still looking for stuff.

I *prefer* to have someone dependable/responsible/competent do it. But since I've never found that person & couldn't afford them if I did, I prefer to do it all myself. Only then do I know where things are on both ends of move & know things are clean

Unfortunately I always have to do both...but I'd prefer the cleaning...and I hate cleaning.

Just left an apartment that I didn't have to clean out. They're tearing down the complex so we got to leave empty boxes in it too. Took out all the lightbulbs and the digital thermostats too. It was great!!

I'm in the process of moving now....what a pain.

I'm better at organizing than my husband is. He's quicker at cleaning than I am. So I do the packing & unpacking. He does the cleaning. But we've only moved three times in the 17 years we've been married.

Oh the boxes ...finding the boxes..organizing the boxes so much work. When we moved into our home it was so much work my hubby said that's it. We are not doing that again so we better be happy here lol.

In the process right now. Move two weeks from today. I have 3 boxes packed so far...oops. We decided we're hiring a cleaning crew to come in and spruce it up after we get all our stuff out so we don't have to be bothered.

I haven't had to move in the last 14+ years so it is hard for me to say, but I picked packing.

Sometimes I have nightmares about having to pack and clean, even while not moving to a new home.

How about neither??

I hate moving!

Cleaning brings back good memories.

I hope I never have to move to find out what I would rather do.
