Absolutely NOT - first, what makes you think there is enough charity to go around, second, charities are more likely is discriminate; third, charities are not set up in every town in every state in the union

It would mean the government has some more money to work with, though I'm not sure how well they'd use it ^_^.

We spend more than 10,000 a person and if you look deeper we probably give the people way less than that on average.
