Are you more likely to set unrealistically high expectations or accurate expectations?
My expectations are usually low so that I'm never too disappointed.
My high expectations is the reason I've never had a boyfriend. Then again I'm only 18.
My expectations are always too high. I'm usually a lot more satisfied when I don't expect anything at all.
I try not to set unrealistic expectations. Cause then i just get sad when they dont actually happen
I've gotten better as I've gotten older but reach still tends to exceed grasp.
Realistic. But, I tend to set too many when I should just focus on a few.
On me. Too much so.
Too high. I like to beat myself up over it when I don't meet it exceed expectations.

My husband is a dreamer who always sets his expectations among the stars. Then I look like the dream squasher when I start making suggestions and asking questions. Deep down, though, we make a great team as a result.
Realistic goals and expectations. High, but attainable. Unrealistic goals or expectations are just dreams or recipes for disappointment.
I'm pretty realistic and grounded. Doesn't mean the goals aren't high.

In others I tend to set my expectations accurately, but I tend to set expectations too high for myself.
Story of my life, but I don't set them so high that I beat myself up for not accomplishing them because if I don't accomplish them then I just Ty harder until I get it done! Maybe I'm naive but so far it has worked for me
Truth, I am the same way. I expect easy more from myself then i do from others and I am way harder on myself if I fall short.
