"If you don't vote, you have no right to complain."
If a right is contingent on an action, it was never a right to begin with. So parsing the nonsensical statement about voting leads to the conclusion that no one has the right to complain. That makes me want to complain. A lot.
If you choose not too vote don't complain it is your right too free speech too complain but fuck off you could've changed it personally if you don't vote and don't use your rights you people will cause the loss of our rights
Disagree. Voting is a right, as is free speech. Because they are rights, you have the ability to exercise them as much as you do to choose NOT to exercise them. Telling somebody they can't complain if they don't vote is counter to the concept of a right.

What if voters don't like any of the choices?
If they don't like either of the major parties, then vote third party. If they don't like anyone, then vote for the one that best represents your ideology.
People who are absolutely unable to vote are obviously exempted from this.
