Yep, 93 cents to the dollar when you control for everything imaginable (aka the excuses people try to make when saying there isn't a pay gap, even though there is).

Did you put into consideration women work less hours, are more likely to request time off, less likely to work full time, more likely to work in lower paying fields, and they are less likely to ask for a raise

Can I get a legitimate source for proof. I'm sorry your word doesn't carry infallible evidence

No but you are the one asserting a concept as fact not me

Then I won't waste my time since you've already decided it's a concept.

I am more than happy to change my opinion... just need something to prove your assertion to me

Yep, sounds like the climate change debate. One only chooses to view as proof whatsoever one wishes. 😂😂.

Rendering everything a circular argument. I won't play.

Both of the links below cite a lot of the same numbers that were used in the Republican and Democratic Conventions. This was one area were both parties were in agreement.

Yes @goalie31 hence my mention of controls. All of the usual excuses are tired, and a gap still exists.

If it were true, as a business owner I would only hire women. Pay the same for the same work. Unfortunately, that's not the case.
Most women don't negotiate, women don't get aggressive and ask for raises, they want flexible hours, especially those with families.
Lots of factors - it's not black and white.

Both the Republican and Democratic Conventions recognized it, and used virtually the same numbers.

There's a pay gap, but not an earnings gap.
