A 'multi-generational' household is defined as one that includes 2 or more adult generations and/or children living with grandparents. Do you live in a multi-generational household?

Not right now, but I did as a kid. My grandparents raised & adopted me. My mom moved back in with us when I was about 12.

Yes. My mother, my wife and I, and our 3 kids. Age range in our house goes from 4 to 73.

I did until 2012 when my grandmother died.

No, and I don't think I'd want to, because two of us in here seems plenty. We had houseguests that included two generations spread across three extra bodies a few weeks ago, and a house built for two gets pretty crowded when it is full to the scuppers with five.

No, but they're very common in the Arab world.

We put her in a place only when we had no choice. We didn't want to but it was the right decision after a flood and two small fires she caused. When I think of it I am amazed worse didn't happen. I died a little each day. Difficult years.

No, but I made a bunch of maps about multigenerational households! The trends are pretty interesting.

Does my dead skin (aka dust) count as a previous generation? 😝
