Would you rather have a personal trainer who stays with you during workouts and gives you constant feedback and/or encouragement, or would you prefer to be given detailed instructions for your workout and check in as you see fit?
Hands off... after making sure I'm doing everything safely & best to achieve best result.
I have gotten to the point in my weight loss journey where I really need to start an exercise routine. I am considering joining a gym where personal training services are available because I know I need that support
I worked as a trainer for several years and had multiple contract types: Regular (very hands on, Semi-Regular (tweener), and non-regular. Without a doubt the Regulars had significantly more success at attaining their goals. Expensive, but worth it.
I need hands on... I could make a joke here but won't :)
