Should adults have the right to carry a concealed handgun?
Keep and bear arms as well as eliminating the straw purchase crap for anyone without a felony record. I would purchase a new handgun but refuse to submit to a background check and/or concealed carry class. It's nobody's business, especially the govt if I choose to purchase. Therefore, I will have someone purchase for me at some point. I have a closet full of handguns and hunting rifles/shotguns that were handed down after relatives' passing. All were purchased long before checks were required.
Yes. To anyone who said no I tell you to read the Constitution.
I may be wrong, but the constitution says nothing about concealed carry laws.
"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
An adult should certainly have to the right to carry a concealed weapon according the Constitution.
Hmm, no, nothing in there mentioning concealed carry. One could always carry openly, you realize. Do you also think a business shouldn't be able to ban guns on their property?
Concealed weaponry falls under the category of "the right to keep and bear arms" don't you think?
Let me be clear, I'm playing devils advocate here. Concealed carry bans don't affect your right to keep and bear arms because you can steal carry the weapon.
All adults have that right. What is really at question is the consequences of exercising that right.
If they're allowed to or not people will still do it
