In 1907 President Roosevelt passed the 'Tillman Act' that banned corporations from contributing money to national political campaigns. Good or bad legislation?

And the Dems all line up to say "big bad companies... Money money... All go to Republicans" but they don't "see" Facebook, Google and all the banks who give billions to the democratic socialists. Such moronic groupthink.

Thats because cuntcervatives argued that corporations were individuals or "people" and the laws against corporate donations were a violation of their first amendment rights,, now we have republican lawyers helping foreign countries buying into our elections ..

The late Justice Antonin Scalia was an activist judge. By a 5 to 4 vote corporations are now individuals. The Republicans won't even allow a hearing to fill his slot! Citizens United must be repealed!

Should've kept and built upon it. Should've made an improved version of it a constitutional amendment, for that matter.

I would love to see Teddy Roosevelt and Scalia debate citizens United.
