Californian over here, I'd feel sticky and gross with it off. Keep it cool so you can snuggle with your blanket and dream warm and fuzzy dreams.

I keep it at 78-79 and off overnight unless it's still very hot. That only happens once in a while where I live in SoCal.

We keep it right around 67° or 68°. I like to sleep COLD. I always say, I can cover up if need be, but there's only so much a person can take off.

I also can't sleep without a fan.

My parents won't let me change it so it sits at 74, but I have several fans on me at all times

I didn't know there was a setting for over 70? If the temp starts with a 7, it's too hot. We sleep with it around 66 and I still need a fan

0. Don't have one in blisteringly hot western Washington. 😝

66-68 degrees in bedroom.

70 is cold

I don't use the A/C in my apartment, so effectively it's "set" higher.
