Update: We are now the proud owners of a 1,600 sqft (4bd, 3ba) home in the Van Nuys neighborhood of LA! We are going to prep it a bit and move in early Aug. Thank you to everyone who commented on the previous poll. I'm now officially a valley girl 😋
