ISIL stands for Islamic State of Iraq and Levant. When speaking Obama refers to ISIS as ISIL, why? Obama’s use of ISIL reveals his true allegiance, and animus towards Israel. ISIL's ultimate goal is to take Israel to completes the Levant.
