Alright, let's try three standard deviations! Is your IQ higher or lower than 145?
I don't know, I was being an obnoxious show off. By the time I knew I had topped me last score (145) I asked if my score would still count if I beat my last score because I studied for it. Rather confounded I told them "Tests In Print" refers people to every journal that discusses the test, so once you know the difference between the 1 and the 2 point answers the rest is in the bag. They said there was no point in giving me the rest of the test because I was well on my way to the 200 I was aiming for. They decided to give me my last score of 145 and ended the test. I do believe I could have earned a 200. I guess that put an end to their belief you can't study for the WAIS.
Lol, there's no way 40% of people on this app have an IQ over 145.
Maybe they studied for the test?
Is IQ a Gaussian distribution?
That's a really good question. After realizing that I couldn't answer it immediately, I did a little research. It turns out that IQ is NOT a Gaussian distribution, which seems pretty obvious when you actually think through it. Oops!
Idk what to choose because it is (presumably) 145
Oh, I didn't think about that! I guess we could say that instead of higher than 145, it's 145 or higher.
Lower at 138.
