Donald Trump has said that the decision to replace Andrew Jackson with Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill is "pure political correctness." Do you agree?
I think it is also a part if the concerted effort being made to break the American sentimental attachment to our currency in order to move us to a purely electronic monetary system completely controlled by the govt.
I do support the idea of replacing jackson on the twenty, but i still think this decision is a result of all the feminist uproar surrounding the lack of female representation in US currency.
I think that's the only reason Harriet Tubman was selected over someone like MLK, who I think is a bit more deserving of the spot, but that's just me.
