Do you often forget that Hillary Clinton is under criminal investigation by the FBI?
Can't forget something that is not true.
And yet, where's the indictment?
Fox news and every conservative on here don't let me forget
The endless Benghazi hearings, they're constantly talking about those emails, on Facebook I see conservative friends post comments where the ambassador was raped and murdered and it was Hillary's fault (it is undetermined that happened) I got to the point where I don't care about the subject anymore.
So she is is she?
If I thought it was something of consequence, I'd probably not forget.
I'll bet a new Tubman Twenty that the day comes and there's no indictment, some SoH folks will lose their freakin' minds.
No, the SOH resident reds remind us constantly.
half the people on here wont let us forget it
It's been run into the ground, so that I just don't care anymore. I don't believe anything will come of it, so it's a waste of time and resources.
Doesn't matter. It's too corrupt that high up
It doesn't bother me that much. With all the conservative talk, you'd think she's a mass murderer or something.
Well some of them think that too...
There is certainly a lot of exaggeration from the right, but I don't think it's a good idea for the DNC to nominate a criminal, if she's indicted... Even if Obama pardons her.
Wait till they review Trump's tax returns. This might be the first year both major party candidates are criminals.
Oh heck no. Not with all the comments in polls here reminding me of the fact on a daily basis.
I don't really think about it when right wing nuts say it. I find it pretty easy to dismiss them. I only really think about it when someone I really respect talks about it as a possible event in the election cycle.
It's an investigation. Not a criminal investigation. For it to be criminal, she would have to knowingly share the information like Petraeus did. There's no indication that she did.
Thanks for that clarification; I didn't even realize that. The other annoying thing about the noise level about it here is all the people saying she *is* a criminal and should be in prison.
Exactly. The court of public opinion. (Good place for the Colbert Emoji)
That and "she" is not personally under investigation.
Wait. If she's not under investigation, who is?
She is not personally the target of the investigation. I know it seems like semantics and that I am splitting hairs, but legally it is an important distinction.
So while her actions are naturally part of the question, she is not the focus.
