No, I will vote republican no matter what because third parties have no chance of winning and I desperately do not want eight more years of a dem in the White House.
...but terms are only four years. Obama just happened to win two terms.
I know, but it is very rare that somebody fails to get reelected. It's called the incumbent advantage. Everyone knows the name of the president, plus they have far more resources to fun there campaign so they have to screw up VERY VERY badly to not get reelected. Granted this cycle that wouldn't surprise me, but still it is likely that they will get reelected. But we can hope otherwise.
