And technically, I think they can be sued. You can generally file for almost anything. It might get thrown out as having no merit, but it's usually still possible. Unless you have some kind of special protection for some reason....

Perhaps he is making fun of the attempt to hold gun manufacturers responsible should one of their guns be used by a criminal.

Guns aren't designed to shoot bad guys just like airplanes aren't designed to crash into skyscrapers. You might as well sue ice cream tub designers because th lid makes a good frisbe.

Lol what? The airline didn't fly the plane into the building. This is really weird. It's like suing Toyota because ISIS uses toyota trucks, Toyota didn't sell the car to them, they stole it.

Let us here note that ISIS is using US arms taken from the Iraqi army. So if anyone is planning a lawsuit include the fed on the suit.
