Should cigarette retailers (gas stations, convenience stores, etc) be allowed to refuse selling cigarettes to pregnant women?

No. Unlike in a bar, they don't know who the end user is. Last year I'd buy cigarettes some mornings for a coworker who got there before I did (he always paid me back). I was pregnant, but I'd never smoke while pregnant.
Only under a system in which one could deny service to anyone for any reason would this make sense.
Which is the system we should be living in. Free market.
