The ceasefire in Yemen between the current government and the Houthi rebel forces has officially taken effect today. Do you believe it will last until the scheduled peace talks on April 18th?

Same thing happened it Ukraine several times. They just shot at eachother and said the other shot first. Cease fires do very little at this point in conflicts.

Thanks for the foreign policy questions! They're great!

What do you think of the notes section below? The word limit makes it difficult to provide necessary background on the scenario, but I'm not sure a big comment at the bottom is the best solution...

(Thank you for the support!)

I think it's a great idea. I know so much about domestic policy and virtually nothing about global issues so it's good to know what I'm voting on before I vote.

I love foreign policy, but admittedly I'm kind of limited on modern domestic issues, especially social policy. Like I have my opinions, but I don't always know what's going on. :)

•Both sides and their respective allies have publicly committed themselves to the ceasefire, but also explicitly reserved the right to defend themselves if the other side fires first.
• There were reports on violent conflict in multiple areas in the hours before the deal took effect.
• This is like the fourth attempt at a ceasefire. The first three all failed.
