In the article it describes how a political prisoner was taken and tourtured by the FBI without even knowing who they were or what they wanted. Should the FBI be allowed to tourture people?

people will confess anything if they're tortured enough, regardless of if they're guilty or innocent. it's ineffective. i don't think i need to clarify how it's inhumane.

Torture shouldn't be used for confession, rather intelligence collection. Remember if they give up the information freely, they aren't tortured. It's their choice to be hard headed.

I would support it for the Clinton investigation, but only if it were really inhumane and violent.
