Living house plants?
I have aloe in my room
Must. Have. Plants!! Plants are life to me ... I cannot imagine a home of mine without living plants. I have friends without plants in their home and their homes just don't feel complete to me. I even taken in homeless plants if an owner divests.
Better than fake house plants
Of course. Some perennial herbs that I bring inside in the winter, a Hoya carnosa (wax plant), and 8 plants that I am permanently "fostering" for the elderly and ill father of a coworker of my son-in-law. It's been 4 years; I guess they're mine now.
Plants are good karma
Like them but my 2 cats destroy live plants.
None that need to be watered often. I like cacti though. A cactus does just fine if you go on vacation.
when I was a kid, I had a couple of cacti. I kept them alive for years. Now they only live a few weeks. Very disappointing 🌵
no idea, to be honest. I used to have difficulty keeping typical house plants alive, hence the cacti.
Now I have jungle (ok small exaggeration) but cacti die on me. So do succulents.
I have cacti also. And right now, I have beautiful yellow tulips from bulbs.
Nice! I have never tried growing bulbs indoors. 8)
