Sriracha on practically anything.

The real question is Tabasco vs Crystal.

Yes ! My husband loves Crystal - we mail ordered a box of it because none of the grocery stores around here carried it !

Depends on what you are eating

Sriracha mixes really well with a lot of foods & sauce modifiers. GOOD STUFF!

The one on the left, squirted over a blob of mayonnaise, makes a pretty good dipping sauce for homemade chicken nuggets.

Sriracha... I have never cared for Tabasco.

Neither. I love my sauces as hot as I can find. Haven't found hot enough yet...

Love my Tabasco! I saw a 60 minutes special on Avery island (where Tabasco is made) and I really want to go the next time I'm in New Orleans. My mom said she'd be into that.
Although I do enjoy sriracha as well. I put some in a veggie wrap yesterday and it was delish.

I'm VERY surprised that more people chose Tabasco over siracha!

Sriracha is a very good blend. I make my own hot sauces with a variety of dried peppers that I reconstitute in hot water, then blenderize it smooth. Add other stuff like garlic, honey, vinegar, fresh hot peppers, brown sugar, spices for different flavors. Can be very hot!

I just got here from LA! I avoided it there, I can avoid it here! Lol

Sriracha is fantastic. I think they toned down the hotness though because its much more mild than it used to be. Also, make sure to get the real stuff. There are a lot of imitation sriracha brands out there.

I've never used any kind of hot sauce before.

Question: Would you rather (1) be burned to death on a circular stand, or (2) be burned to death on a square stand.

Answer: I'd rather not be burned to death!

I like them both; it depends on what type of food it is.

Between these two I choose Sriracha but my default hot sauce is Tapatio. I don't know what it is about Tapatio because there's nothing really exceptional about it but it's soooo good. For me, Tabasco is a last resort.

Sriracha for Asian food, Tabasco for everything else.

Neither. I like Tapatio --just peppers and water. Tobacco has tons of vinegar...yuk.

I've never been the biggest fan of Tabasco, and even when I do use it, I much prefer the green. However, I've been using Sriracha long before it gained the mass appeal it now enjoys. My favorite is the Chili Garlic Sauce made by Huy Fong Foods, a brand of Sriracha.

I go through copious amounts of each. Depends on what I'm putting it on.

Tabasco is too vinegary for me. It does work in certain dishes though.
