The UN has placed further sanctions on North Korea that, if facilitated by China, could heavily impact North Korea's food and oil supply. Good move?

I'll say no, because I'm not a fan of letting kids starve, but we know NK has been prone to let kids starve regardless of sanctions.

I'd say this is good. Most the food probably doesn't go to the people so hopefully it'll make the members of the government suffer

I'm on the dense because yes, the government has less power, but the people won't get food. Then again, would they even got the food if they let the NK government have it.

Yes. A wonderful job the UN organization continues to do. If China doesn't do their part I see no way of convincing the North Koreans. Sadly the North Korea people continue to suffer.
