Sweden passes a new law stating that people must get permission from artists before they post images of public art, including statues and buildings online. Would you say this is a good law?

I personally don't like the law, I already disagree with a lot of copyright laws but this is going to far. I would never pay a fee or get permission to upload a picture of the Empire state building on Social media.
