Do you eat meat?
I'm a carnivore 🐔🐂🐖
You only eat meat?
Do y'all live in California with the rest of the fruit loops?
Thank you Ryan, more for those of us that have and want energy and normal color skin.
Says the herbivore to the T-Rex
Vegetarian and vegan diets are perfectly capable of sustaining a high-energy lifestyle. It's a rather idiotic stereotype that characterizes vegans, especially, as scrawny wimpy people.
I was vegan for years, lived with vegans, and am quite aware of the effects of the diet. Some of those folks are still vegan or vegetarian now, some 40-47 years later. Still going strong. Including my daughter, who was vegetarian/vegan age 2-12, then became vegetarian again in her early 20s. She's 48 now. And extremely fit.
I don't get the skin color bit, unless you're referring to effects of excessive beta carotene intake. That isn't depending on being meat free, so it doesn't make sense to me. And I've never seen a single person with it, vegan, vegetarian, or otherwise.
Not for about 10-11 years now
